OXFORD TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
You may be aware that Oxfordshire City Council have introduced a series of traffic restrictions that affect the Cowley Road and access to the roads surrounding the Cowley Road. The LTNs which have been set up have now been made permanent, which means you will need to leave more time to get to us for your appointment. Please call ahead if you think you will be delayed as soon as you can, as this may affect the service that we are able to offer in salon.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
For all new colour clients, a £30 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. We require a 24 hour notice period, a full refund will be given if cancelled before the time frame.
We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our stylists and their time.
While we don’t like having to charge deposits, they’re essential to protect our team. When a client cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, our stylists lose valuable earning time — and we’re often fully booked, turning clients away who would have loved that appointment slot.
